Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Glaze

I am completely enamored with gourmet recipes. The best website that I know of for which I seek is www.epicurious.com. That's where I came across the recipe that I chose to partake on last night. I've never in life kneaded dough, but once I got started kneading has never looked sexier! And once it rose from the yeast...FUHGHETTABOUTIT!!!! LOL!! The process was not easy, nor timely. There was definitely a lot of prep and wait involved, but once the final product was available the phrase "melts in your mouth," is a joke! Hands down the best Cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted and I guarantee you if you try them yourselves you'll never buy another Cinnabon again!http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Cinnamon-Rolls-with-Cream-Cheese-Glaze-241631

Kneading the dough, then forming into a ball, sealing tightly and given  2 hrs. to rise.

Dough is rolled out & spread with a cinnamon/butter/brown sugar mixture then  rolled into a log.

18 equal slices are then cut. (Yes, I'm very well aware that all of mine were not what a "typical person" would consider to be "equal." (LMBO! Anywho!!)

"Still I Rise..............."

Smells heavenly in my kitchen and my mouth is watering.....but I need a better view....

Aaaahhhh!! That's exactly what I was hoping for! Great 1st try :)
